海峰從德國引進先進的雙絲道的加彈設備，專業生產錦綸和滌綸彈力絲。具備4000噸的年生產能力，為客戶提供多功能、高品質的DTY產品。海峰擁有先進的絞紗生產設備，有3000噸的年生產能力，從倍捻→成絞→蒸紗等各個工序，均受到嚴格控制。海峰還擁有意大利精密的絡筒生產設備公司對產品本身的特點進行了改裝，采用了現代電子技術單定傳動，斷紗自停采用電子光控感應裝置，使產品卷繞成型美觀，張力一致，線速穩定，提高織物的質量。

滌綸系列產品母粒色紡滌綸DTY 規格：70D/36F/2 白色 母粒色紡滌綸DTY 規格：70D/36F/2 黑色母粒色紡滌綸DTY 規格：70D/36F/2 灰色若需其他顏色，起訂量為3噸。滌綸加捻色絲規格：80D/1 50D/2 70D/2 100D/2 150D/2 100D/1 150D/1每色只要10KG以上就可以打樣生產。
